Website for Sat Nav upgrades

Had this recommended by a friend and have just upgraded the CD for my 2004 FFRR plus the wife's 3 series Beamer ( with speed camera alerts ! ) Laughing

hi i have the mk4 and have upgraded the software and map, easy peasy, got the cameras and te prospective view..

hi jayzee, yes they are the nav unit in the boot, mk3 is cd based and the mk4 is dvd based.

Thanks daveo, so you have a DVD with speed cameras for the Denso system then? Or have I got that wrong?

hi yes, i had the mk3 when i bought the car and then changed it for the mk4 dvd based, now looking for the hybrid tv tuner if any one has one..

Daveo how easy was it to upgrade the Mk 111 unit to the DVD based system ?

it takes 5 mins, thats it..it is so easy and it will run quicker there is more on offer,ie maps, cameras, poi,different splash screens..
