TD6 box reconditioned - worth servicing diffs etc?

Had a recon box and torque convertor fitted 5k miles ago, and due to do a filter service on the TD6 soon, is it worth servicing the diffs while I'm laying under her?

If so, what will I need, and is it an easy job? Any guides floating around?

Yes change the oil in the front & rear diffs and the transfer box

Buy the correct oils from LR, see the Wiki link for oil specifications

Do the drain plugs have washers on? and can i re-use them or should i get new ones? (nearest LR dealer is about 20 miles away)

No new washers required. Diff and transfer box has tapered plugs, don't over tighten them

what about the fill plugs? someone posted a copy of RAVE for me and it said to replace the washers?

There is a seal on the fill plug of the transfer box, but it shouldn't need changed unless it splits
