Well an update, the MTR that got punctured is no use Sad The tyre place assessed it and advised that as it had nicked in w places it could be repaired but may bulge and not be good for any on road use.
So im now on the hunt for another if not 2 tyres to fit before this weekend Sad FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
Mantec Sump Guard, Rigid Load liner, MY10 BT upgrade.
