Post has strangely disappeared. There was some argument going on between the guy from Ovalnews and this australian Land Rover site, in the end the links were dropped, pictures disappeared and the post has gone.
I think neither JLR nor Top Gear were impressed with the driver improvising himself as a test driver and giving first hand impressions of the car no professional journalist has had the chance to drive yet!

All I did was ask if the digital gauges did more in the L405, I think ultimately he wasn't supposed to be posting those images.

Give him a break, it was cool while it lasted.

Yes I saw that and also think their reply was unappropriate. They probably saw you as some sort of competition!
Anyway, apparently you were right: he wasn't supposed to post pictures or a test drive, just deliver the car to the Top Gear team. I think 1. He will probably get sued by JLR and Top Gear and 2. I doubt they or anyone else will use his services again as he talks too much!

Nice place, Lorgues and home to a very good truffle restaurant, Bruno.
Some good vineyards as well.

Yes it is a wonderful place my friend owns Le domaine de Montplaisir just on the other side of Château Roubine with vineyards Smile we will go next May again to spend a week over there - perhaps we could meet for drink/lunch Smile All my spelling errorz are belong to me!

Does anyone know why we aren't seeing any testdrives?
Why is JLR not doing a proper presentation where journalists can actually drive the car instead of having a static presentation?
