Are there two types of charcoal interior? or did LR used to do a grey too? I've never seen a charcoal in the flesh and unsure as to whether its going to be too light for my liking (or is it near black?)

this is on a 2005 range rover (pre facelift) is this the same charcoal that you'd get in a 2006MY SC?

Even better, has anyone got a decent photo of charcoal interior that gives a true reflection of its colour?

I have sat in a car with charcoal and it DOES look like a light grey colour (which I personally don't like) like in that picture.

Jet is the black colour and on pre facelift cars was pretty rare but became more common from 2007MY onwards.

Black leather does feature on early SC cars though from 2006MY onwards with the older interior.

If anyone knows better please say because I have also found it confusing in the past....

from what i've read it was only available on the SC

I have a 2006 MY brochure here.

Ivory was available on all models.

The only dark trim colour was Charcoal.

Black wood was only available on the SC. '09 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto for the Mrs

how did you get black? it that a 2007MY option only? Or do you see that on older FFRR?

I'd much prefer black over that grey - so far Ivory is winning the race for me. Black if its available would be great - but deffo dont want that grey.

Had black in my TD6 and got it now in my TDV8

Mine is an 05/2006 Supercharger as the Jet Black/Piano Black wood is standard ........

hold on a minute, is that oxford or windsor? according to my book - the only option on oxford is jet/charcoal - and the seats are only available in charcoal with jet piping (not jet seats).

the windsor shows all jet (but not oxford) - whats the difference between windsor and oxford?
