In the manual, all those viscosities are listed, you select the one which matches the environment you are in.

I was desperate not to get too in depth with oils, but I'm now struggling to find an oil that meets the ACEA A1/B1 spec.

According to the wiki the 3 standard for the td6.

I use quantum stuff as it works well, and still comes out pitch black every 6-8k |

Have a look on www.eurocarparts.com as they have a 25% discount on oils and other parts.

the spec of either oil you quote are almost the same its the temp range that's different, one is 5w40 the other is 0w40........and your paying for the label........ |

Yeh, I realised the different temp ranges, just looks the same other than that.
