Thanks for the reply, its going in Monday, i will make sure these pipes are changed.

Its still getting up to 140 degrees, new larger cooler fitted to the back of the Radiator.

I'm sure you will get it sorted. Only trouble is possibly having to drain the gearbox oil to remove the 2 pipes that carry thr oil to the oil cooler to check them. I don't have my rave to hand , but think there are 2 hoses to the oil cooler which come off the ends of 2 metal pipes which come from the gearbox .
