Replace the torque convertor or just fit a complete recon'd box (inc TC). Wish I'd done mine at 80k miles instead of suffering the judders and paying for regular flushes for the next 75k miles. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |

From where you are based, Martin Hind would be the first choice [Dartford Transmissions]. Bean19844 with the 4.2 SC might be able to pitch in with a recomendation as he's pretty local to you as well.
