Headrest removal

Does any one know how to remove the electric
Headrests on a 04 vogue please??? RANGE ROVER 04 TD6
RANGE ROVER ULTIMATE EDITION 2012
UPGRADE.

United Kingdom 2015 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Indus Silver

Raise the headrest enough so you can get your hand under it and give a firm "tap" upwards between the posts. At the bottom of each stem is a ball shape which sits in a plastic socket and it just needs a bit of gentle persuasion to release. To refit gently position headrest into place and tap firmly from the top to relocate each stem back into its socket. Thumbs Up
