Heater panel illumination

Drove my car for the first time in the dark on friday and noticed that the heater control panel was a bit dim on the NS compared to the drivers side. Are there any bulbs in there or is it a sealed unit? if there are seperate bulbs i can get some ready before stripping the panel
Cheers
