Worked on a rig west of Shetland a few years ago. Not a pleasant experience during winter with 30-40ft waves coming through.

Looks like the ferry crossing i had when i was younger on the holyhead dunloughrie crossing. Galeforce6 and the captain took it out after 9hrs moored up on the otherside of the harbour as the conditions 'looked calmer'!
