Because I don't read things properly I find that the phones I have don't fit in the Range Rover Cradle I just bought so I am after a phone that will. This is just an itch I need to scratch as my iPhone works fine in the car but as I've just bought the cradle I need to see it through.
I'll probably not keep it so a loan would be ideal but obviously I'll buy if the price is right as I'll probably sell it eventually with the cradle  Geoff

Hi Geoff I have some very basic Nokias that fit those cradles (used one in my 2006), you can have one for free just pm me an address. Land Rover Addict

Time to kill this off, thanks very much to all who PM'd me and those that have sent phones, an excellent response from the forum. As I said I just want to play with the set up and see it all works together - it's probably being 6 year old tech but I'll soon know.

Well if it seems too good to be true it might be. I have received a couple of phones but they are not 6230s ( google for pic), that was the mistake i made that led me to my begging post. So I'll resurrect this thread and see if anything comes from it -and yes I do know I can buy one of eBay  Geoff
