I think 22" wheels look OK on the Rangie, even though I'd not put them on mine, but 24's are definately too big.

The totally black rear lights I definately don't like.

Does look shiny though........

On a black car, with the A bar, the grey around the headlights looks out of place........which surprises me........ 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Wishing you all a very healthy and sparkling new year, i just would like to ask the guardians of this site if the "talking down on people, peer behaviour " could be Censored
Just red 7 pages of judgemental negative comments on someones 2002 Range Rover that seems to be upgraded to a degree that makes a few people here allergic. The reactions sound more like a bunch of fascists in meeting than proper RR owners.
Sorry guys but in this post also, your reactions tell me more about yourself than about your victim. Do you really think that you are better because you are driving a secondhand RR that is a few months younger or is it fobidden to do to your car what you would like to do?
I am really amazed about this behaviour.

Think you will find most of the comments are mostly tongue in cheek …

Robert, happy new year!

I think you'll find many comments on this topic are said very much with tongues planted firmly in cheeks, as Mick pointed out above.

The serious comments are views that members are at liberty to express. They generate discussion and a frank exchange of views, which is the essence of any forum. Not all of those views, quite rightly, are shared amongst all members. But it would be a very boring place if they were.

I respect and appreciate your comment as much as any other on this topic. But this topic proves that we're all passionate about not only this subject but also the image of FFRR's. and it also proves that we don't always take ourselves too seriously.

It's a good balance, in my view. Si. <This is my name.

Sorry little swimmerboy I just looked and I am again amazed, but this time about the energy that people put in their cars.
You have to admire this owner for the efford put in to his car.
and yes Bellini, (thanks for your best wishes) I do love humour, and I really like my cars and I really do not like these people that think that they are better because their 5th hand piece of metal is bigger.
As you say correctly, people have a freedom of expression. Some people do that through the upgrades on their cars others by social media. Just try to imagine how proud the owners of their upgraded cars can be with a FFRR. Imagine they could have bought a new Renault, Dacia or Ford for the same money.
By the way, I like this forum very much because of the good information one finds here.
Enjoy 2013 all of you, my participation is of no use here.
Best regards
Robert

Nobody is saying your participation is of no use , you have your opinions as you have expressed and others have their own which they express , but because maybe members don't agree with certain comments they don't spit out the dummy ....

But if you feel that strongly about your participation being of no use whom am i to disagree ..... Your loss not ours ... Whistle ====================================
