My All Comms is running on an old XP laptop. I did get some kind of execution error dialog when I restarted All Comms after the update was downloaded, i just closed it and things continued as normal, restarted it again and all was well. .

Mine has never updated. Just shows a red cross at the top of the screen. That's windows 7 64bit on a laptop. I'm frightened to email Storey in case he's "too busy" |

Try doing a manual update to the software through the Start menu under RSW Solutions Program group.

No idea. It works but just won't upgrade. I told Storey what I had when I was installing for the first time and he didn't say owt? |

Problem has now gone away, launched without any issues today.
