Yes, an Eastern European lorry overtaking another lorry around a bend on the A38 towards me Will... Left the road, through a 15ft hedge dropped into a field... I'm fine, bit of whiplash but fine... Thanking my lucky stars I did not roll or hit a tree Shocked or it might have been a different story! And to add insult to injury... No one stopped Censored

Really sorry to hear that Craig - glad you're ok.

By the way, everyone goes on about whiplash like it's a fake injury. Years ago I had it after an accident. I got £3500 for it as compensation but I'd have gladly handed that back not to have the injury. It took a year to recover and I was much younger then.

I went to an osteopath and she was brilliant - my recommendation.

Thanks David, unfortunately there won't be any compensation either for injury or insurance claim as the bloody lorry driver did not stop Rolling Eyes

Sorry to hear it Craig, bastard may not have seen it even too busy to make his delivery time. Hope the whiplash quickly heals and never comes back to bother you. Had a good friend of mine from my hockey team who had a whiplash and he would be fine for weeks and then all of a sudden it started acting up again.

Sorry to hear about the car as well, wasn't it your dads old Merc ??

Salb, well done mate, I'm glad that you got a good one. Sometimes you just get lucky and you have a find like this. I would have done it as well after a very very thorough inspection and trying to get the full history of the cause of the Cat D.

Having said that, I am pretty sure our Landcruiser is a Cat Z that was sort of fixed up. The bloody thing was imported from the Emirates. I suspect an ex dune-basher because it just needs repairs at least once a month and I'm sure it is not all the Nigerian conditions. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
