Thanks TugRR...your right but they make you feel differently, problem is the car will be 30 miles from me now so might have to consider using an independent assessor to make a credible report on my behalf Crying or Very sad

I would never have anything repaired by Nationwide again after a small front off side prang on a Seat Ibza cupra sport they managed to fit the wrong type of headlight (didn't match the n/s headlight whatso ever) the paint didn't match and they wanted £800 ish to respray the bonnet (it was stone chipped) to blend in Rolling Eyes imao they are a bunch of cowboys that get lots of money off of insurance companies and repair cars that the owners dont notice the shoddy/wrong repairs.

Have been told that it will be the 15th February before I see the car again.... strange feeling but almost couldn't care now as I have decided to punt the car when I get it back and if the trade in price is in any way affected will try and claim diminished value from the forklift insurance company which is different from my fleet policy...Ohhh and I actually have fallen in love with ma wee pug!!!
