whitlebury park is a golf course that they turn into a multi million pound campsite for a week every year, expensive for what it is but handy for the track.

You should be fine on battery for that length of time so long as you dont cane the power. Inverters will give 240 if needed but pretty much everything else can be run off gas.

If you want to top it up get a solar panel and put it out in the day when you are out. Really you only need it for lights etc and if you do run short plug the car in and let it charge for half an hour at tick over. Thumbs Up There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

We run fine for long weekends on 12v only. We have FreeSat which runs on 12v and an Avtex telly which also runs on 12v. Fridge on gas. Cooker on gas and heating on gas. Job done.

I used to have a generator and used it once in 5 years. Sold it on the bay rather than keep it on the off chance.

Spend the money on a decent battery (135A) a 12v tv and 12v sat tuner. and enjoy the silence... the generator will be anoying to you and everyone around you.

I have a Kipor generator - 2Kva jobby that can run an arc welder but it is very quiet. As quiet as the Honda suitcase type but cheaper. "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

Just doing the numbers, if I bought a better battery, a 12v tv & satellite box and even before a solar panel is taken into account it's cheaper to get a 2nd hand kipor 2kw generator.
