Sat Nav Maps - do these work?

Was looking at link deleted

Anyone know if these will work? I remember my old M3 had the same Nav unit as in the 2002 RR and I am pretty sure people mentioned about it not ejecting non OEM discs.

mod edit, links to pirated/copied sat nav software are not allowed on the forum..
