As per Stan and Katash, good points to check first. The wiring underneath the seat sometimes comes undone when the seat has been put far back and the cable got snagged. Also the menu of the OEM allows for the screens to be switched off independently (assuming it is OEM) in the menu at the front screen. Although I'm more familiar with the MY2006 and not the older ones. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
