but hopefully not my last.

As a total FFRR newbie I'm sure I'll be on here quite a bit with many a question.

Love it apart from the Range Rover Sport Alloys I'm afraid (Stickler for originality - even though they are nice alloys)

A set of RR 20"'s would look good. Thumbs Up

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

To answer your questions in no particular order....

Its a TD6. I could have pushed myself for a V8 and I'm not ruling out getting one at a later date but wanted to dip my toe in the water first. Plus, the tax on the V8's would be a constant annoyance for what is basically the same car.

No, I'm not a Mogwia fan. I may be a bit too old for them.

Re the lack of bling, I prefer the standard look but could be tempted by a SC grille. Are they considered a bit naf on non SC cars in the FFRR world? Other than that it'll stay how it is.

The alloys came with the car so are not on it by choice. I believe they are RRS SC items but as they're in good fettle I'll leave them be for the time being. Ideally I'd get some proper ones with decent winter tyres as the current rubber doesn't look up to a Glasgow winter.

Re the house - no, it's not on the south side. I may have to consider a move now I have the RR as it looks considerably smaller with a proper sized car parked outside it. All my other toys take up far less space.
