there's a separate switch for the dash lights ..its by the headlight switch.. ... - .- -.

Really? There's a dial which turns them up and down, is that what you're referring to? I have this but it had no effect on the actual instrument lights, all that does is fade up and down the central LCD panel backlight (which is the only thing on the dash that does light up, but that's lit up without headlights too). |
