I like your style.

(I have same combination of seat and headlining. Went for Walnut on mine as I've had GPB on three cars before). 2019 D5 HSE Lux SDV6 Indus

I think this combo gives the upmarket feel of the cream but with the practicality of dark seats.

That's the colour and the interior choices made for my order. Going for the 4.4 with 21inch wheels, next problem is it the Vogue SE or AB.
Not sure if Massage seats , 4 zone climate control, Remote Park Heat and Blind spot Monitoring are devices I would get a lot of use from.

Any comments ?

Mine is just the basic Vogue, my last one was a SE but I didn't use the blindspot monitor (always look over my shoulder) or seat cooling or pre-heating so a waste of money for me. I did like the adaptive lights, so have them as an extra. The Vogue seats are flatter than the SE, but I now quite like them that way. Also mine does without the chrome trims on the front vents and door handles, but then again less bling looks better to my eyes! 2016 RR SDV8 Vogue (Aintree Green)

Rudler,

I was speaking to a salesman today who said the Vogue has the Adaptive Xenons as standard with the signature LED bit, is that right? Discovery 4 HSE

Couldn't work it out when I looked at them before - why is the driver's mat in the L405 so short? Looks pretty useless at stopping mud and water getting on the carpet under the pedals.

Checked the web site, adaptive £300 extra on Vogue, salesmen are useless!

I think the reason the driver's rubber mat is so short is that the floor goes up under the pedals. It's not good though as it doesn't catch all the mud and grit and I keep catching my feet on the back edge if I have been on cruise and need to use the pedals! 2016 RR SDV8 Vogue (Aintree Green)

To me that's a fundamental issue with LR's approach nowadays - entirely useless if you're getting in with dirty, wet boots on which, given that it's a Range Rover, you're quite likely to be.

Maybe that doesn't happen in China.

Maybe the typical L405 demographic don't drive their cars with muddy wellie boots. I do Cool 2016 RR SDV8 Vogue (Aintree Green)

Big fan of green too - particularly liked the green (Verde Silverstone?) 456 with green and tan interior that Rardley sold a while back.

It all depends on your driving habits and profile.

I have massage seats but my driving profile tends to be long journey biased and I think they help. If you haven't had them previously then you will probably not miss them. Like my adaptive lights. Not so in love with radar controlled cruise control.
I love the cooled seats as use them after every tennis match and I really don't like being hot anytime. 4-zone climate was left off mine as I rarely have more than three people in the car so each has control. Park Heat a must for me as I depart in the early hours of the morning in the winter and prefer not to wake the neighbours while waiting for screens to clear or scraping side windows. It seems to work better than previously. You can also select heated screen operation (though that might be available on a timer as standard)

Blind-spot monitoring - no substitute for looking over your shoulder and continuous awareness - not fitted to mine.

I went VSE as I couldn't find a reason for all the extra leather or the surround cameras.

I drive mine in big boots almost everyday. What I have noted is that passengers are less likely to get the backs of trousers dirty when the car is filthy. 2019 D5 HSE Lux SDV6 Indus
