i can only think that its thicker than the original disc because its a copy? ... - .- -.

try inserting the original disc a few more times ,if this does not work i would try the battery disconnection jobby, failing this its unit out and strip down to see what the obstruction is.. ... - .- -.

i dont think so...its strange that it wont go all the way in...a system reboot would be a first step.. ... - .- -.

Disc is jammed now, so will have to take sat nav out.....does the front pop off do u have to take the bolts at the side off....? |

when cd's get stuck in the cd changer ,a tap on the unit with something like a screwdriver will make the cd come out...now i'm not saying that this method will work on the nav unit but its worth a try but be careful .. ... - .- -.

Take out the bolts (metric 8mm) two on either side, slide unit out and disconnect the connectors.

ok so changer now out and the disc seems to be stuck on the "roof" of the changer inside any ideas i could get this out short of getting a pair of thin nose pliers in and pulling it out? |

if you did get the disc out with pliers with out breaking it ,which is very easily done, you still have to strip the unit down to see why the discs were getting stuck..
