2011 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Zambezi Silver
remapping ecu in TDV8 Sport in New Zealand

Hi, I have a 2011 tdv8 sport, I have done my homework and established I do not want a chip tuning box that just tweaks the diesel injectors. I want a proper professional remap of the ecu and preferably with a handheld device that allows me to write the new map & replace the original as I wish.
problem is I found Superchips Bluefin - international site sounded good , so I contacted nz office , sadly the guy I spoke with their technician made several comments about he thought he could probably get a blue fin programmed, he would have to sort it out and see if he had a unit that would work ....... hell , that inspired confidence NOT , I have no intention of letting something he sent after these comments fiddle with the ecu in my car ......so after all that does anyone know of an option like superchips Bluefin unit I could get that has a good reputation ?

United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Tangiers Orange

Hi

Several owners in OZ/NZ use the famous BAS box system with great results and you can put the tune at will or take it off if need be, and that TDV8 just changes... give it a go Thumbs Up

Also, have a look at the Sport forum :

New Zealand 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Galway Green

If you have a Faultmate from Blackbox Solutions you can use it to flash Pete Bell upgrades into the ECU. You can also do heaps of other stuff with a Faultmate including updating your other ECUs for free so no need to get screwed by a dealer. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
