Mutley, it's probably a 5 minute job... It doesn't fit in the grooves of the load space cover, you actually take out two plastic covers (one on each side) near the side windows in the cargo area. These just lift up when pushing/pulling with your fingers. Then you install a bracket and new piece of plastic where the dogguard net holder clicks into... These two new brackets and plastic pieces (don't know any other name for it... ) require two screws for each side. When these two pieces are fitted you basically click in the cargonet holder in 2 seconds.
Please check if in the ceiling of the cargo area there are already the brackets where the cargonet fits into when you pull it up. I believe it's standard fitted but mine came with additional brackets which I didn't have to use.
By the way you can still use the load space cover when you leave the dog at home, it fits underneath the dogguard net.
For your information, I'm not the most technical person but I did it in 5 minutes so this is a job everyone should be able to do in less then 5 minutes...
Cost will depend on where you buy it but since I couldn't find a complete used set I ordered a new one which costed me about 350 Euro... Still cheaper then a damaged leather back seat, funeral for the dog after damaging my back seat and a divorce from the SWMBO as a natural responds...
I believe taking everything in consideration it was a good long term investment and personally think I looks better in an FFRR then the metal dogguards do... Had one of those in a Discovery before but like this one better. Mike.
