what can it be?

when driving on bumpy roads, it seems like the car loses its composure, basically bouncing around. can it be the shock absorbers (dampers) that causes this

That does sound like shocks but could also be bushings/track rod ends getting a bit too much play. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
