centre rubber bull bar

Was wondering what these are for (see pics)
They are in the middle of the uprights on the bullbar.

They are for relocating the 2 pdc sensors that the a bar covers up when it's fitted. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
