Not sure SS, I changed 12 pieces in total:
Two dash ends, two Nav screen surrounds, two sides of the heater controls, two on the transmission tunnel and 4 - (1 per door.)  
Had it, loved it!

I think you can also get two curved pieces that replace the trims at the side of the rear seat air vents ( in the back edge of the centre cubby)
I think you can also get the top edges of each door pocket.
Never seen the door trims for sale in Black though.
