2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Luxor

Drivers seat armrest

How do I get this thing off without breaking anything? it needs some TLC and yes, I have asked this question before and can't find the replies I think CTC had the answer so sorry in advance about that

It's the one on the seat not the door and the car is a 2007. Geoff

First, remove your aqualung, access will be easier .
