Well I never!

Whilst doing the Off Road course today, the instructor recommended using manual gears instead of the auto box, whilst driving around the twisties, for a better driving experience. He also said I'd get more MPG.

On the way home, I tried it and averaged 27mpg! Shocked I usually only get 18 around town! 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

It's what I do too - cruising at 30, the auto wants to be in 3rd when you can manually tick along in 4th without troubling the engine at all

How do they upload a 48min video to Youtube? I tried to upload a 10 minute one and it said it was too long? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
