Bush tool

Its wet and cold outside today and I need to make a tool to remove the front upper arm suspension bush on my TD6. Does anyone have one close at hand and could they please measure the o/d preferably in metric so I can start to make the tool. Or the i/d of the arm Thumbs Up

The vauxhall vectra one from the uk that does the rose bushes(about £70) is the tool you need - does the job and was well worth the money.
