Wanted - Digital / Hybrid TV Tuner

To replace analogue tuner in 2005 Touch Screen RR Vogue.

It's not that I really miss watching TV in the car so much - Just really like everything to work properly!

Rather not pay extremely high main dealer price.

Been looking on the bay, but most seem to be either for earlier models or are the "foreign" part no. AW93-14F641-AE whereas I gather from previous posts I need part no. AH42-19C063-AE.

Any ideas ?
