2010 headlamp brightness

Hi guys wondered if anyone knew why one of my headlamps is brighter than the other.. When on full beam the left hand side is brighter than the right..

Is this something to do with bulbs or can this be adjusted??

could it be the angle you are looking at them..the passenger beam will be towards the kerb whereas the drivers more straight on.. ... - .- -.
