Hello everyone,

Lurking about on this wonderful forum for a month not only enriched my knowledge about the FF, it also spurred my desire of owning one.
To cut a short story even shorter, what started as a flight of fancy fueled by a combination of holidays, wine and late night surfing, resulted in me being a proud owner of an FF.
As the alias suggests, I went for a TDV8: the sensible choice in lavish motoring
The search criteria was quickly established: green, non-tinted windows and dark wood fascia ... more preclusive than I thought when shopping second hand .
By pure luck, I stumbled accross THE car following just a week of searching.

And what a motoring sensation this car proved to be: quiet and relaxing to drive, yet rather agile, loads of space and just a nice place to be in.

From now on, I shall enjoy this forum ever more.

Hi all,

New member intro - joined a little while ago when I was a P38 owner and was looking for an L322 - used the info on here to buy a very nice 2004 4.4 Vogue in dark blue. Very pleased with it so far and have loved driving it, so much so that I sold the P38 after my wife and I agreed that it felt like a relic after driving the L322 and the 2 cars were completley different to drive - so sold it and she is now the main drivr of the L322.

I like to get my hands dirty on a few things and so far have fixed the leak into the boot, renewed all the wiper blades, fixed the rattly heat shields on the front brakes and replaced all the interior bulbs for LED's. Next on the list is full service, replace gearbox oil, replace windscreen (chips and scored) and new wheels with knobbly tyres.

Hi first time on as member.I own a RR that is bright red welsh red I think specially sprayed at the factory for hotel owner in Wales

^that sounds an interesting colour for a ff, any pics? There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
