great site .currently have d2 td5 automatic. which i have kept going despite all its issues. found nanocom great help.
have been looking at getting range rover tdv8. 4.4 diesel 2011-2012.
but have have concerns over the chain belt tensioners.
any feed back would be great.

Just registered as I’m in the market to buy my first Range Rover (although the missus does have an Evoque) Apologies in advance for all the questions that I’ll be no doubt asking, but I’m one of these people that do loads of research so promise to give back to the forum when I get up to speed.

So what am I looking for? I want a 4.4 V8 diesel model with as many toys as I can find! I want a high spec one. Been looking at just the Autobiographies for this reason, although I have been told the Westminster is also a very good spec, so added those to my search.

Been a long time Rover owner here in the states. including two Disco II's an LR3 and now just picked myself up a 2011 Supercharged Range Rover L322. Of course it's not without its faults and this forum has already served as a valuable resource. Absolutely love the vehicle though and I'm looking forward to many miles with it.

Hi all, I'm possibly going to be buying my first Fatty in a week or 2, moving up from a Discovery Td5.

I googled the number plate and it turned up in a list of previously owned vehicles of a member here!

Is Hoppy_70 still active on the forum? I'd love to get some background on the car if possible. It's got 170k on the click now and moved to Northern Ireland, still looking smart though!
