Australia 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Atacama Sand

I’d be interested to hear what you think of them in that size on a L405. I have 3 year old AT3s in 265/60/18s on my 2008 model L322, and find them noisy and not good in the wet. The other week it was raining moderately and I hit a section of water sitting on the motorway (camber must have sunk slightly), and the L322 aquaplaned half into the other lane. I like the tread pattern but that experience really put me off using them for a big trip coming up.

The specs of yours will be different as 20”, but still interested. ______________________________

The AT3 Sport is a new version, it has Silica in the tyre compound and from all the reviews the grip in the wet and on snow and ice they surpassed all the other tyres tested.

I did a huge amount of research and even spoke directly to Cooper UK and several vendors. This is just one review - there are also lots on YouTube

LTZ are no longer officially available in the UK as they do not meet the required standards due to EU rules. The replacement is the Cooper AT3 Sport, which is better for L405 FFR as they are H rated.

These are to go onto an extra set of 20" alloys for the winter / shooting season. Rest of the year she will be running on 22" Turbines.

Hi, how have the tyres done for the last 6 month, please?

Anyone tryed the AT3 Sport on 20's? Would they be fine insurance wise, please?

cheers l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

This is the link to the SUV/4X4 tyres from the Cooper U.K. website:

https://www.coopertire.co.uk/tires/

I couldn’t see any of the AT3 variants listed in 285-50-20

The 4S I assume stands for 4 seasons. I think that they may also be 3PMSF stamped.
