Thanks for the link Stan. Just wondering if the 32gb sandisk card from my phone will work with it, then I can upgrade the phone to a 64gb card.

Also wondering how/where it's going to go. I'd quite like it to be behind the mirror but I don't know if I can get into the electrics there?

depends how much of the journey you want to record...the recordings roll on 3 or 5 minutes [i think] so a smaller card will be fine .. ... - .- -.

KurtVerbose I have fitted the exact same camera in my car just a few weeks back. Can definitely say for the money its a very good little unit. The only thing I did with mine was to cover the little blue LED with a piece of black tape, as it can be annoying when its flashing at night. I put a 32Gb micro sd card in mine which gives approx 4 hours of 1080p video before it overwrites files.

I bought mine from a UK supplier as I wanted to have local support in the event of any warranty issues etc. Plus didn't want to wait several weeks and end up paying import duty etc. Here is where I got mine if anyone is interested.

Here is a great video review

I fitted mine just the other side (Drivers Side) of the rear view mirror. It will fit either side of the mirror I just preferred having it somewhere I can access it easily on the move etc without having to interfere with the rear view mirror. In all honesty I can say it is so unobtrusive fitted at the top of the windscreen that it doesn't matter what side you fit it. Will try to get a couple of photos of it installed.

One tip to anyone deciding to buy this camera. Replace the grey sticky pad for the GPS mount with a black one. It's the one thing I need to do, unfortunately I stuck it on before I realised the grey is not as unobtrusive as black would be.

Thanks Prop.

I'll buy the one from China as I'll have to pay the tax/import anyway and I'm not sure the UK sellers will ship here. Can't find a supplier here in Switzerland.
