Either that or if you are chummy with your local dealership they will whip it off in 15 Mins

Update: Got the titanium splitter changed without taking the bumper off but needed 2 friends to help. 2 of us pushed on the tabs starting at one end as discussed and the other friend pulled. Once we got 3 snaps released the rest came off very easy.
I tried every which way to do it myself but could not do it. Thanks again to everyone for their posts and pictures! Mike
