As above the coloured ones are the 5C which is just a 4s with a bigger screen.

The 5S gets a processor and small screen imrpovement and faster onboard storage and some other tweeks but the 5 has had 4g for a while now. Ideally mobile providers worldwide would do better to move to a single 4g standard instead of god knows how many! Censored

TBH if you have a 4s just give it life until next sept as you wont gain anything much other than slightly beter processor and a new battery Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I disagree KP. The 5 is a much better phone than the 4S and not just the same with a bigger screen at all.

It will be interesting to see whether 4G coverage is better than 3G, as I find I lose 3G coverage quite often, such as countryside (i.e non-built-up) areas. Si. <This is my name.

Depends on your network provider B but as someone who lived with a 4s and now with a as the upgrade cost for me was tiny, its not that different and is the tiniest bit faster but iOS7 seems to have made it a better performance increase over the 4s for me Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

For those in the Blackberry Camp I can tell you that the Q10 on 4g is ULTRA fast browsing which for Blackberry is very refreshing Cool

Surprised you say it's not made for 4g Confused

My iPhone 5 on 4g showed hardly any significant speed improvement on a regular basis when I moved from 3G contract
Was just a bit flaky, whether that was hardware or the EE network ...

Friend is an app developer, and was able to put me on to IOS7.
Now, sitting in exactly the same pub Whistle
I ran that speed test , as above , and now it's much improved..

Maybe current IOS6 is just rubbish Alcohol and eBay is never a good mix

I think the current 5 is only able to deliver 4G on the EE network. All other operators use a different bit of spectrum to deliver 4G and the current iphones don't operate there. To get 4G on anything other than EE, you need to upgrade.

i use an iPhone 5 and HTC One Mini. SWMBO uses a Samsung S3 Mini

If I had a iPhone 4 and was thinking of upgrading, I would go straight to the HTC One Mini Current MY2020

Apple have done this on their previous models- 3G changed to 3GS, 4 changed to 4S. The 5 was never going to be any different in changing to an S version. I have had the S models since the 3G and will look at the 5S when its launched.

I'm a bit concerned about the fragility of it though- every one I've seen is battered and scratched. Nothing like my current 4S which seems more resilient to these knocks and dings c

5 is a bit faster than the 4 i had, but the battery life is appaling. It will just about make it to the evening with average use.

Ee 4g is super fast when i can get it, which used to be occasionally and is now pretty much never, god only knowa what thats about.....

All of which is irrelevant as i cant get an effin signal in my house.......

Embarassed just spotted my 8 year old (read me) had turned 4g off...... Banging Head There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
