I have just phoned the place that tests my cars & yep your right apparantley it will only affect the 110 landrovers, disco commercials etc that they used to test as class four. Apparantly it was myself who misunderstood what I had been told. So sorry if I worried anyone |

Thanks Tugg if your vehicle is registered as a "Private Car" it cannot be treated as dual or "goods". |

Okydoke Gary, cheers - I mentioned the term "open minded" as from previous experience, vehicle classification in legislation is not necessarily the same as those used by governmaent |
