mmm - I remain open minded as the original poster said.
The definition of a "dual purpose vehicle" has never been particularly clear cut . . .

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

I have just phoned the place that tests my cars & yep your right apparantley it will only affect the 110 landrovers, disco commercials etc that they used to test as class four. Apparantly it was myself who misunderstood what I had been told. So sorry if I worried anyone Big Cry

Thanks Tugg if your vehicle is registered as a "Private Car" it cannot be treated as dual or "goods".

Okydoke Gary, cheers - I mentioned the term "open minded" as from previous experience, vehicle classification in legislation is not necessarily the same as those used by governmaent Rolling Eyes

Other anomolies include "tractor" and "locomotive" . . .

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?
