I've not got a wiring diagram for a 2010MY so I can't tell you which fuses to check or where, and I assume it's different to the 2008 that I have got details for.

If you have no 12V across pins 3 and 4 in the 12S socket then it suggests a wiring or fuse fault with the RR, rather than an issue with the adapter.

I've checked the continuity of the adaptor and its fine. I don't have power across pins 3 & 4 and I have checked the fuses so I've hit a brick wall?

Found it!!!! Very Happy

Its micro fuse F48 in the main fuse box under the glovebax. It was well and truely melted - something must have shorted with the po whilst towing or something - its a 30A fuse!
