Folding mirror problem

The automatic fold-in mirrors on my wifes 08 are suddenly out of sync. When I hit the button to fold out, the left side folds out and the right one stays in. I then manually push the right one out so now they are both in the fold-out position, I push "fold-in" button and the left comes in, right stays out. I know this sounds strange. Has anyone else had this problem?? Remedies? Thx!! Mike

That did it!! Double clicking the button fixed it. Took a couple of times but now back in sync.
