I'm about to service mine tomorrow to hopefully cure the none firing and billowing smoke problems i've been having.

I came across this guide for someone rebuilding a similar webasto to the one fitted to 3.0TD6's (possibly other models too) and thought i would share it with other people thinking about doing this same task.

The Guy who is doing the rebuild has it fitted to a boat and says he does it every 500 hours. I imagine many of our FBHs will have well surpassed this now.
