Steering wheel volume control

Hi I have a ff tdv8 57 plate and today the volume control on the steering wheel has stoped working
Any ideas ? Tdv8 vogue

Just try it again after restarting the car - mine sometimes stops working but always resets itself - sometimes the simple solutions work. Good luck
