DVD multi player weird prob help....

Hi has any one had issues with the DVD multiplayer. I got strange probs it works when it feels like it. Keeps on saying change and will only play some dvds when in the past all DVDs have worked. Do u have to clean or what??? Some one else must have experienced similar probs ;(.

Might be worth checking to make sure it is completely dry and check the connections are clean and dry. Previously..

Sorry for sounding nieve how do u do a reset and also everything else works ok why would a dodgy battery affect the DVD player ?
