On my iPad I have showing on the message symbol that I have 2,343 e-mails waiting but when I go into my e-mails I don't have any at all as I deleted them all ....

I don't have this 2,343 showing on my iMac or my iPhone only on my iPad .... Have tried a full reboot and also a restore but to no avail .....

Anyone any ideas

It's not specific to the iPad it's a "feature" of the latest IOS. It looks at your entire mailbox on all your linked devices (iphone iPad,Mac etc) and presents the total view. You can change that but I can't remember where right now but will repost when the grey cells get out of the wine . "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

Not sure I changed anything other than accept the latest update and it behaves itself perfectly now. "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."
