Hi everyone,

well the compressor seemed to be working fine,

but saw a few posts relating to the brass conical muffler so i ordered one from dan

at duckworths £12, fingers crossed that sorts the problem out.

Was pleasantly surpised that everything in the tire well was all clean and dry.

Hi guys,

still playing around still got issues with this damn suspension, reading other posts have any of you heard of this..

Quote:
The air dryer will start to restrict air flow due to water absorbsion over time and is a replacment part, the air filter is between the L.H.S tail light and body panel when you remove the tow bar storage flap on the inside, it's a foam filter.

found this on another site

any help appreciated

If it's anything like the D3, there will be a drier for the suspension compressor which is full of silica beads. As the beads saturate with water this can start to restrict air movement (particularly during lowering) causing the fault.

Remember the compressor is not running during lowering, so it is unlikely to be the compressor itself.

Just checked and the drier unit is the same as a D3 - VUB504700
