Red light indicator on shift

2004 rr hse , hey guys , battling the red light indicator. In turn , the bcm will not go to sleep ! Any thoughts ?? Basic steps have all been covered regarding lights etc being double checked .. Driving me crazy trying to figure out what is awake on this rig Ty

Are you allowing enough time for the vehicle to go to sleep, it can take 20-30 minutes

A lot of early RR shift lights stay on permanently... Thought it was normal Neutral

The OBD cover being open can do this...

Thanks for responses, Indy found 2 blown fuses 61 & 64 ! Guess hvac was staying awake ..Red light gone finally after the 16 minute period !
