Update on my FFRR

Just a couple of pics from my detailer to give you guys a quick update as to what I've been up to with my FF since I bought it in Summer.

Externally, I've managed to fix the blocked rear wash/wipe function using the wealth of knowledge on here. All it took was a new NRV together with a pin into the two nozzles. I've also had deployable side steps fitted courtesy of Dan at Duckworths. The front grill has been changed out for a colour coded black one which I picked up from the forum.

The Overfinch wheels have just been fitted over the last month too. I picked these up from Ebay complete with Vredestein Wintrac 3 tyres still showing 5mm of tread for the princely sum of £299. The wheels were rough as hell and a complete refurbs was required. Also, they were confirmed as genuine by Overfinch themselves as I emailed them pictures of the wheels to to get some new centre caps. I'm really happy with these.

Although I haven't got any shots of the interior yet, I've fitted illuminated kick plates as well as led bulbs all round. I've also fitted the Parrot Asteroid Mini http://www.parrot.com/uk/products/asteroid...eroid-mini which gives me full iphone integration through bluetooth.

Finally, I got the car into my usual detailers for a wax top up with Swissvax and an interior valet at a much more reasonable cost of £120 which is a lot cheaper than the two day full correction that I had last time.

Anyway, a couple of pictures...

Your car looks beautiful! That's very cheap for a Swissvax treatment. I'm thinking of having mine done by the local Swissvax dealer in the Spring but they're not the same prices at all!

Cheers for (most of ) the comments guys Wink !!

To be fair, I have been using it as the daily now that the weather has taken a turn for the worse and it feels as planted as always with the winters on.

CSK, the Swissvax treatment was just a wax topup and valet. No correction work was undertaken so thats probably why the price was reasonable. When I first got the car, I took it in for a full two day correction which was £££!!!

Looking great! Think need a correction and wax once the weather gets better

Fantastic deal on the Overfinch wheels - I've just fitted original supercharged wheels and it's cost me the best part of £700 to buy and fully refurb (and all the tyres were trashed!) 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!
