Working on the GMC vs. Working on the Range

I'm going to go ahead and embarrass myself. Why the heck not. So today I did my first repair on the RR - replaced the t-stat and switched my aux pump wiring. Can we talk about how amazingly handy the air suspension is when working under the bonnet? I lowered it to access mode and had no problem getting everything done.

That's not the case on my GMC Yukon, which at normal height, is a bit taller than the RR at the raised off road mode. I'm not the tallest of guys, so... well, in case you're wondering, this is how I had to work on the GMC the other day when I was removing the intake manifold.

I'd like to see someone one-up this awesomely awkward car repair approach. Also, I apologize for mooning y'all. What's the craziest thing you've found yourself doing while working on a car? 2007 Range Rover Supercharged

Agreed. I find the FFRR easier to work on than the Honda Accord it replaced. Thumbs Up

Just a warning, vrank! I've translated 'English' English for you before and UK pants aren't regular pants. CTC was admiring one of your more intimate garments! I won't elaborate as I do NOT want to get involved! Shocked
